He does end on a sort of Rails is open source, you can always fix it yourself note, which is a little disingenuine.</p> <p><a href="http://kasparov.skife.org/blog/2007/04/15/#your-responsibility">Brian McCallister responds to the whole thing</a> with I think the best perspective of all.</p> <p><strong>Update</strong>: <a href="http://magicmodels.rubyforge.org/magic_multi_connections/">Problem solved</a>.
